This number keeps calling my google voice mail (240) 257-8440. I have no message and I do not know who it is.

The FTC has an automated number that takes less than 2 minutes if you want to report unwanted calls like this. When a company fails to provide its name on the incoming caller ID it is already in violation of Federal Regulations. When they fail to identify themselves, provide address & phone number, refuse to answer questions related to how they got your number, they are already a SCAM. You should REPORT THEM EVERYTIME. The FTC can track them even when they spoof (bounce numbers or attempt to cover tracks). Its just a matter of time before they are caught and every complaint is a seperate charge against them.
