He called and said he was from Maryland Heating and Cooling, but the caller id said "Zehava Tolando"

I want this person to stop calling me every day.  I am registered on the do-not-call list.

I get a call EVERY SINGLE day from this person....I am registered on the do-not-call list.

This person has been calling everyday and never leaves a message.  When I call the number back it says this number is not in service.  So I used my call block feature on my phone to stop or block this annoying person from calling my home number.

My caller ID showed it from Zehava Toladano.  Left no message.

Caller ID says Cleaning Service, caller says Heating and Air Conditioning.

Does not talk, hangs up

Same here. I call the number back and it says "No longer in service".

Didnt answer the call but whrn i call back the number is no longer in service.

Got a several calls on two different numbers, never a vm.  Called back and disconnected.  However, looked up the number and it is a Verizon landline number from the Andrews AFB area.  Zip code 20762.  The number is being listed as active out of the rate center WSNGTNZN16.  If they keep calling they will give away the exact address very soon.

It is also considered a Misdeanor by the Maryland Criminal code for "Harassment via telecommunication means".

Criminal:  Fines, plus imprisonment.
Civil fines:  1st time) Warning.  2nd time)  $500 Fine.  3rd time and Thereafter)  $1000 Fine --- to you from the criminal.  

Looks like I can sue them for over $5000 as soon as you post the address and I can bring them to court.
I have friends who are cops in that area, and if we are successful, I will give you 10% of the winnings from my civil court.

Every time this person calls, I blow a 120 Decibel whistle in his ear as loud as I possibly can, and he immediately hangs up.
I strongly suggest all of you do the same.  This "Fox 40 Whistle" can be picked up at any sporting goods store!

Got a call from this number. Looked up the caller said this person lives in Israel. Israel?

This must be a spoofed number and a complete scam.  If you call the number back, it is out of service.  Caller id indicates MD CLEANING.  Again that is spoofed.  The people gave me two different addresses for the company in Silver Spring, Md. First was 3940 Schoolhouse Cr, silver Spring, MD., second was 2913 Schoolhouse Cr, Silver Spring, MD.  They did have my name, address correct.  This points to stolen credit card information.  They were all speaking very broken english.  The delay in the phone was probably from the far east call center as there were many people speaking in the background all with very broken english.  This is all a complete scam in my opinion.  Please check all your credit card purchases or call your bank and report it.  I would ask for new credit card which is my next step.
