Called asking for a Robert Vaugn.  Wanted to confirm his dialing as well.

Some one keeps calling me from this number too, they said they were from  "FCO worldwide" which apparently is a company for collecting debt. They had the wrong number -_-

Got a call from this number, and the voice message they left was in scratchy weird voice, and all the message said that they left was Happy Valentines Day,,,,,,WTF,,,is the deal with this company,,,,I have saved the message if anyone call get back to me on what my rights are,,,,,,When I called back the man insisted that I didn't get that type of message from that office,,,He is full of it I saved it and number and times will confirm

getting numerous calls from this number.  sometimes they leave a message that you cannot understand other times they hang up.

yea, they called us on a holiday too. crazy. i think they need to get a life.

they called me and said they were collectors of apartments my sister in law i guess lived in and said i was a roommate and owed over $2,000.oo wtf??? i never lived in that place in my entire life. so that was a fraud. and dirty of them.

Keep getting a call from this number asking for a "Gary Weaver"  I have had my number since 1993 and no GW ever lived here.  Called Verizon and they were no help!!!

Keep getting calls daily from 240-374-5400. They have my last name, incorrect first name. They leave long-winded messages about how if I continue to listen to the message, that confirms that I am that person. How on earth would they know? There are other messages stating how urgent it is that I return their call, it's a very important matter, they usually leave a file number too. Who are these people? Are they another zombie debt buyer/collector, trying to come after me for a debt settled years ago?

I am getting calls from this company. A man named Larry Osmond calls up to 8 times in one day. At first the number was a different area code. Then it became the 240-374-5400 and several other numbers after the 374 part. They are now calling me with a number that shows up as only 605. I had all of the same issues as you all have. Calling late on a Saturday night, Sundays and so on. They have several ways of using the answering machine. They do not even leave an answer anymore.

Apparently my drug addict, incarcerated brother who I have not seen or spoken to in 18 years owes someone money. You mean he is NOT a law abiding bill paying member of society? WOW! Don't know  how they got my name or number and who cares anyway. We don't answer our phone unless we know them and have the time not then either,!  Don't answer the phone.,Eventually they will give up. Last night they called at 11:00,work night, school night etc.We get up at 5:00 am here because we are law abiding bill paying members of society. We might just start disconnecting it at night.

Just got a call from this number....didn't pick up. Glad I didn't.

called 4 times back to back and left no message.

Left no message.  Called back and the "reception" said they they need my name and phone number to look me up then hung up on me after saying they couldn't find me in the system.  I called back again and wouldn't give my SSN to verify identify and they hung up on me.  Then on the 3rd call (pissed by now) I finally got some idtiot to transfer me to some fake named person I assume who after verifying my name and number said they were looking for an Oscar or some other random name but that they would remove my number from their call list.  I made sure the lady read off my number because I felt they would say anything to get me off the phone but she did have the right number and I'm hopeful I don't get any calls back.  Definitely wouldn't give more than a name and phone number to these people they all act as if they're guity of something.

Sounds to me like it's kids prank calling people. I could be wrong, though.
