3rd party Samsung dishwasher warranty renewal offer.  They were friendly.  Samsung must use them to offer extended warranty...or perhaps lowes uses them actually.

Said they were calling about extending the warranty on my Samsung dishwasher and then asked for my credit card number. I laughed and told him he was funny if he thought I was going to give him my credit card number.

Called at 8 pm and left no message.

This is not from Lowes.

I already have a 4 year extended service plan with Lowes.  This company wants to sell me another one for twice as much.  I asked them to send the offer by mail but they said that it was only good until Dec, 26 ( 9 days from now) so they sent it by email.  All the sent was an invoice for $183 with no contract or description of the coverage.  I am 99% sure this is a scam.

Called and hung up, did not leave a voicemail.  

Thank you to those who did speak to them regarding Lowes/Samsung extended warranty.  Likely that is what it was, as I have a Samsung Microwave and I did have a warranty repair done at one time in the past.

Calls repeatedly but never leaves a message.  If they were legitimate, why wouldn't they leave a message?

Two rings, answered, no one there.

last night and this afternoon, a caller at 248-498-3808 called and did not speak. All of the Long Distance carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc) have feature in their legacy and IP-based telephony systems to allow you to block ALL unwanted calls (black list, white list, is one method), but for whatever reason (greed?) they won't allow the consumer to have the option to block ALL unwanted callers.

Offered an extended warranty - like they were from Samsung........not knowing we already had one.
This is a scam to get people to pay them not knowing it really isn't from Samsung.  Be careful - mostly older people.

This is a third party company engaged by Samsung to extend warranties.  Checked them out with Samsung and the warranty that they are selling is legit.

they called me this morining at 11:54... i answered on the 3rd ring... i said hello twice... no one replied so i hung up...

They called my cell and then hung up.  I called them back and got a message - please hold for the next customer representative.  No company name.  Someone then answered "Samsumg" and I asked to be taken off their calling list.  It doesn't seem legit.  Will see if it works....

If you bought ANYTHING thats a SAMSUNG.. This is THEIR annoying way of trying to get you to buy an extended warranty. And they DON'T give a damn if your number is on the Do Not Call List.
If you want, REPORT them to the FCC for HARASSMENT.

CALL THEM BACK!! I did and I admit here I lied, and just said to them  "I have an extended 4 year warranty from LOWE'S" they then will ask if you want to talk with someone.
Then Say NO!  as why when I have a FOUR YEAR WARANTY and TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST!. That worked. hehehehe

The caller claimed to be from Samsung and wanted me to sign up for extended waranty, and immediatelly asked for creditcard number, etc/
