Female voice recording on my cell phone voicemail saying I need to call back Richard Blackburn with my attorney's info before they file judgement, etc. in next 24 hrs. I have excellent credit. Third time to call me this month.

2nd call from richard blackburn saying I owe a bill from a company I have never dealt with.

I got the same call tonight, I'm blocking this number. This is a scam, I do not owe anyone and I suggest if you are able to also block them.  Regardless these types of messages are disturbing.

Be careful of this company, they are calling people with same last name and saying that they are trying to contact you for writing bad checks. My mother in law just received a call. There are a couple of people in my county with the same name and I have been getting these calls since I moved to this state. The # they give is 248-537-9302 Ext 415 but no name and that I must call them immediately. These scum bags need to learn that no everyone is a sucker for this crap....

Received a call on August 8, 2014 from a female voice recording stating that I needed to call a Richard Blackburn at 245-537-9302 regarding a legal matter to be filed against me which could result in wagegarnishment and/or legal action.  Urged that I call Richard Blackburn and left a case number.  This is bogus and these scammers keep calling using whatever resources they can think up or fabricate to scare innocent consumers.  Beware of these scammers.

Received a voice mail message to call back Richard Blackburn or face legal actions. Was threaten that police will show up at my door the next day to arrest me if I did not call back. This is a scam and I will not call them back. If they call again I will scream "stop calling or I will report you to Federal Trade Commision" been through this before work before.

would be nice to know how to stop these guys.  they are calling my HR department at work!  they even told them that it is a law suit and gave her case number. with the talking to Richard Blackburn and this 248-537-9302 as the contact #.  I have paid off all payday loans, and haven't taken another one since 2008.

Have received numerous calls telling me that a civil matter has been filed against me and told me to call Richard Blackburn at 248-537-9302 and refer to a case number.  I did call them back and they told me I owed $650 from September 29, 2006 to a company I have never heard of, and was told they would settle for 60% of the debt..  I told them I had never heard of this company and that they weren't getting a dime out of me.  I have a very good credit rating and always pay my bills on time.  The man on the other end of the line said something to the effect of "Fine.  We'll see you in court, and good luck!"  I just received another call from them yesterday telling me I had to contact them with my attorney information or they would be contacting the civil courts regarding this debt.

I got the same call from 313 242 0681, they left a message with the same "24 hours until Im sued".  They said i owed a us bank debt and gave me a different account number than in the voice mail. Also asked to validate the debit, the guy got mad saying its already been sent out. Asked to send certified this time I should get it tomorrow as I am already in Michigan. Guy named Steven was a "case worker", said he will let "them" know I refused to deal with it and hung up. Could not find anything on Legal Mediation Solutions. Called back got disconnected again, called back a second time spoke with Steven again. Asked for a business address, he "didn't feel comfortable giving that out". Asked who "Richard" was, he said the attorney there. He finally provided the address as 2885 Sanford Ave SW Grandville, MI 49418. Looked it up, its industrial manufacturing.

Advised I was sending a letter to validate the debt. "Steven" said he would re send validation via email, still nothing received.

I also received a call today from what sounded like an automated recording stating that it was imperative to call back within the next 24 hours or legal matter, wage garnishments, etc. were going to be taken. Gave a "case" number, and to contact Richard Blackburn at 586-353-1729. Funny thing is call came in on 717-943-1268. Hmmm red flag right there. I've been getting scammer calls for months now, just keep blocking them on my phone. This one didn't even say a name at least the other ones try to be slick and leave a name, problem is stating my maiden name which has been over 13 years ago. Good luck on trying to collect on something from that long ago. Best thing is don't answer and seek guidance from a lawyer or reputable financial advisor or debt advisor if in financial trouble. I called my lawyer when I started getting these calls months ago. My lawyers office called them and the scammers never returned the calls. If your in true legal trouble you will get official papers in the mail or a constable to serve them to your front door. Not some idiot calling you to threaten you over the phone. Complete scam.

I also received a call from this maggot. The number that showed on caller I.D. was 651-333-2051. The recorded message instructed me to contact Richard Blackburn at 916-920-5168 within 24 hours or fraud charges will be filed. This spineless prick is just another parasite of society trying to bully people out of money. He and his criminal enterprise use spoofed numbers and harassing recordings to endeavor to collect money for fictitious debts. Their hope is to make your life so miserable that you will just pay them to go away. Bottom feeders like this are lower than whale excrement and should be prosecuted. Inform your state attorney general and the FBI of all contacts made by these scum.

You should advise your HR department of the scam calls. They should be made aware to provide no information with our certified legal documents. These scammers have used fake documents in the past.

Got a call from a Richard Blackburn stating I could have a court case file against me along with a case #',within the next 24hrs if I did not not callback.  The number they provided is a new one from what is showing up on this board.  The number they are now using for a callback is (985) 246-5712 and they called from (408) 740-6456, this is Santa Clara County, Ca number.  This has scam written all over it...
