i have had my cc charged by these guys have contacted my bank  this is the trid time im changed my card at my bank whats up with that $8.70 from www.http://prosportlink.in/

I got a charge from this acct too. I am going to the bank today. I called the number was put on hold by a machine, and then hung up on! I am real pissed! And now I have to get my card changed!

I got charged from these people, and I did not make a purchase from them. I have no idea what is going on, but I am changing my acct. (credit card) today.

Got a charge on my card after ordering off Barnes and Noble's web site- basically downloaded a book. After calling my bank, I am the one who has to chase this fraudulent charge down and dispute it. Saw on the web that this has happened to many people but the bank will not block this unless you buy fraud protection for a set amount each month. Is this a plot by the bank to recoup monthly fees they no longer can charge or are they leaving us vunerable to fraud just as long as it's not their money?

I had a charge of 9.10 show up on my a account when I checked my statement last saturday. It was after the bank closed, so I called the number and bitched, the woman who answered said the money would be returned this week, it was back in the account yesterday morning when I called the bank(monday). The websiteis in India and the phone number comes back to a residence in Birmingham Michigan. Don't try calling the cops in Birmingham, they don't answer their phone

Bonnie what worries me is how they got the card number. I got hacked two months ago and got a new card which I guarded the number like Fort Knox. Somehow they still got it. So I ended my debit card and will use only a credit card from now on that is not a direct link to my checking account

I got to talk to a real person pat who asked me if I did not buy a fishing rod for 9.10.. I called on saturday and the money was back in my account monday morning. The website is http://prosportlink.in/ They have a half dozen items listed for under ten bucks. The website is in India but the name domain is owned by someone named Charles Lucas in Massachusettes and as I mentioned in other posts the phone number is listed in Birmingham Michigan. Information gave me the number for Birmingham police as 248 594-oo26. P.S., they don't answer their phone

I called and got hung up on too i called the bank and this has happened more then once i reported to the fbi i was first one to contact then it was along process they said cancel my card two days before thanks giving both company's are in MI write back pat

one of the things bothring me is that this is the third time this has happened to me i have had to get a new card from the bank i see it on there and i called right away and blocked number so they cant see it and i contacted FBI like i said this is third time that this happened and me contacting them said im getting money back

I contacted cyber fraud at our local pd and he was VERY helpful, Glad you contacted FBI. Our local guy put me on this website and gave me all the info I have been passing on. He seems to think they keep the charges really small so most people won't bother, and then hit a LOT of them. I am now using my regular credit card as my debit and the charges go straight to them first. this card is not an open door into my checking account. I will now charge everything on it and pay it up every month. I keep track of it daily. In all the problems I had with the bank card, I wonder if they don't target small banks which mine is, only four branches. My Capitol onecard has never been hit, knock on wood. A computer might generate random numbers until it hits one that is assigned and then tack the bill on

I have been working today with a guy who wrote computer programs to prevent theft. He told me to call the bank and ask them if the security number on the back of the card was present on the statement with the bogus charges. He says if the security number is not present, the card number could be computer generated. If the number is present, there is agood chance you have been hacked

The put charges on my daughters card for $10.40 on 11/23/11. Called the bank and turned it in. Will have to get new card and such too.  Citizens Bank was great and is going to take care of the charges.

I didn't get a call but these people charged my bank account $8.60. I'm really upset after reading all these posts. I've had the same bank card for years and don't want to change it. How inconvenient. These people need to be stopped!

I got a 10.30 charge on my card 10-21-2011 called the number on my statement from the web site they said it was never confirmed as a charge so the money is being returned?  Question if they know how to start the process they probably can finish the deal.  Called my CCard and changed the number!  The CCard company also returned my money I love Barclays!
