    I used the link you provided and let them have it. I'm fed up with having had my number on the DNC for a while now, yet getting what seems like even more of these [***] calls...

    I think the DNC list is a dud; put in place but no one to really police it, not in the budget I guess.

    These guys are skip tracers. Perhaps you guys owe money like myself and this is why they call. They use a trick, offer you money etc but in order to collect you must give them your name, address, contact number such as work etc, and then once they confirm your identity they send you the collection notice. Simple as that. I suspect the culprits are calling from 604-484-6900.
