A male calling to solicit funds for a Police Chief charity.   Have no idea if it's legit or not legit.

Got the same call today. He said he was based out of Toronto.  He called from a bc area code. I looked it up and the number is from bell.

This man called saying he was calling from a Policy Charity for a fund raiser, but that's illegal and told him so. Hung up.

No one said anything.

We got the call from this number and the call looks from a machine and left a voice message of "Please hangup and try your call again...." followed by  noisy 'phone busy' beeping for minutes. Very annoying.

Drop called me 3 times so far.

Scam making its way across BC.  Now they're using a New West. # from Bell:  778  358 6622

I got a call from this number, asking to donate money to Police fund charity that helps kids with cyber bullying.  I explained why I can't help at the moment and while explaining the same thing the second time, he hung up on me midway.
