recorded call  about credit card. they calle about every week.

This number is false, they are not in Victoria, BC, Canada. Caller said this is my last chance to get a lower interest rate on my credit card. I have received at least 8 "last chances" in recent months. I know it is Billsdebt, claiming to be affiliated with Visa and Mastercharge, phishing for credit card numbers and if you give them one you they will try to take out $1995. I wasn't doing anything so I thought I would waste some of their time. We progressed to the point where she asked for my credit card number. When I replied that she should already know that, as she called me, she hung up. I gather they are based in Nevada, so being on the Canadian Do Not Call list doesn't help - anyway, since they are a scam they wouldn't pay any attention to the DNC list.

I get several calls from this number every week, regarding getting a lower rate for my credit card. If you dial this number back, the recording says this number is not in service. Really pisses me off today because I'm home with a bad cold and the [***] woke me up.

Pre-recorded message about how lowering your credit card rates relates to the financial stimulus...now way to opt out of the call.  They say something about it being the last and final call...funny because they called 2 of our business phone lines at the same exact time.  ICK.

I am getting real tired of people calling from this number - no one is there and when I call back the number has been disconnected.  How is that possible in the 30 seconds it took to call back.

THEY KEEP CALLING THEY ARE A SCAM ABOUT CREDIT CARDS. IF YOU CALL BACK IT SAYS
YOU JUST DIALLED A NUMBER THAT ISN'T IN USE.
REPORT THESE TELEMARKETERS TO DO NOT CALL LIST
