We 'supposedly' have a no call registry in Canada ... what a joke !

Just remember if the government stopped anonymous robo calls how would the political parties be able to contact us claing to be someone they are not!!!

I think it was Cristy Clark (hot) asking if I wanted to bid on the entrance toll booths to her Province.  I told her I was busy running the country (by Confederation), but maybe the Castro boys could help her out.

These losers just called me looking for credit card info, when I transfered to an agent to ask who they were and why they were bugging me late at night, the dumbass hung up.

Representing all major banks and wanted credit card info to lower my interest rates - I told them if I wanted lower interest rates I would deal with my bank directly and asked to have my number taken off the call list - he said no - and hung up.

I'm tired of getting calls from this number and they don't leave a message

I am getting sick and tierd of these a**holes calling and bothering me!  I was expecting a very important call today and I ran out of my room to answer and found dead air like above respondent.  Then I came here to check the number.  The  stupid do not call registry is a useless joke!

This number called me yesterday and the day before.  I did not answer yesterday.  The day before there was a pre-recorded message about lowering your interest rate.  My present interest rate is lower than they were offering.  I too, am so sick of these calls.  I wish we could stop them altogether.  This government sucks and should not allow this to even happen.

I received a phone call from that number. Don't know what they want. I don't want to receive other calls from them.

c'est vrai que c,est emmerdant..tous ces appels..et depuis 1 mois que ca dure..disons tout l'été ..et ce n'est pas juste un numéro..c'est plusieurs .numéros..et à chaque fois on retourne dans l'osti site du gouvernement rayer..ces numéros...cé juste une gang de pourris..qui n'ont juste ça qu'a faire arnaquer les gens honnêtes...quel monde de détraqués..

I too am on the "no call" list but am harassed daily with scam calls.   Why is the service still running if they are not doing their job?????

Automatic caller, if you press 1 because you're tired of being bothered by this automatic call 250-453-2289, you will get a real live person.  Yes, I spoke to a person who gave me the name "John LOVE" who had a strong west indie accent.  When, you inquire for more information on why they are calling, the person hangs up.   Then, when you call the number it's says there's no service at this number.  And, when you call Videotron for help they tell you to call the police.  What service.
