who called me?

When I wait for the bogus message to finish, and press 2 to discontinue notifications, I'm told that's an invalid response.  Pressed 1 to speak to a person, and she disappeared when I told her I wanted my number removed since I'm not a client and am on the do-not-call list.

This number continues to call me.  The number on the display is not the number the call comes from.  DNC list has no teeth so this crap continues.

Why do they change numbers so often? It become increasingly difficult to block these guys as they are getting too smart... last year I blocked over 100 numbers, and they are still getting through... why? Why they aren't accountable for invasion of home privacy?

We constantly get calls from this number, the offer a cut on credit card interest rates. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the lady stated she was the supervisor. I told her to place me on thier do not call list. She hung up. I have my number on the National Do not call list for telemarketors but they do absolutely nothing. I have reported this number so many times it is ridiculous.

Didn't pick up 'phone (in answering machine mode 24/7 - highly recommended!).  When I tried to call back from the Caller ID, an automated voice pronounced the entire number - and then told me that that number is NOT IN SERVICE!  Another trick invented by these bottom feeders?

I am also on a DO NOT CALL LIST.  I have been keeping records of the telemarketing calls, and this is the first time it has shown up on my display screen.  I didn't answer it.  Does this mean they are using the DNCL to find new victims?  It is extremely annoying and irritating, and to me it's an invasion of my privacy and I consider it harassment.

The recording said "This is a very important message about your credit card..."  I hung up and reported them to the National Do Not Call list since my number is on the list.

This is obviously a scam.  Logit credit card companies don't offer to lower your interest rate over the phone.  The only reason that I answered was to tell them off, but I didn't get the pleasure since it was only a recording.  I just wish they would stop...  Does anybody really fall for this stuff or give their credit card number over the phone to a complete stranger?

Just hangs up and I tried to re-dial-  says number not in service. So sick of thses types of calls!

Second call

You'd think these cretins would get a new scam. These calls start up every so often and ignore the DNC list.  Happy phishing!

They're probably offshore so our DNC list means nothing to them.

Hi Ashley, I filed a complaint some time ago on this number...I haven't heard from them in sometime then I got called again yesterday...So, I'm not sure if anything is being done by the CRTC...
