harrassed by this company won't listen and just keeps telling me to pay something i don't have. cant understand

when we asked for paperwork to be sent, they said they cannot send it, and that i should pay this and then they can send it. and they keep telling me that they will take me to court i tol.d them i have proof and dont have a loan with cash usa. do officer badges start with a letter and if they are a federal investigator they should be professional and send paperwork expalining.

Just got called by this number claiming they are federal law enforcement and that we have a lawsuit against us. Wouldn't state by whom nor identify his agency or which department he worked for. He claimed he be from New York and the number is a Alabama number. Ignored us when we confronted him about it. He also then stated he is calling from a court house but refused to state which court house and location as well as refused to give us a supervisor names. Told us this is our first and last notice. He eventually just hung up on us.

So glad I didn't call these people back.  They claim to be from the "Department of Fraud Investigation" and that there is a lawsuit against me.  Same call back number and scenario as everyone else has experienced right down to the thick accent with generic American name.  But, the number that showed up on my caller ID was 5038174251241028.  Figure THAT one out!
