I received a phone call phone this number, I answered and no one was there.  So I redialed the number at which time someone immediately answered and asked for my husband.  They said he would need to contact Mrs. Houston and when I inquired about the nature of the call she said that Mrs. Houston is from the law office.  And that was it.  She would not tell me what Law Office she just said "Law Office" ~~~  Strange!!!

I keep getting calls from these people. I don't have what they are looking for. When will our Gov. stop this harassment? They call all hours and on weekends.

This number is constantly calling me and no one says a word and when i finally called back some woman answered looking for a Gregory and then she immediately said good bye and hung up the phone. This is very irritating!

This number constantly calls me at least 12 times a day. They call me at work and then my cell phone every single day. They won't leave me alone.

It's Armstrong and Associates law firm, a collections agency specializing in medical billing collections. They are located on Adams street here in Mobile Alabama.

Harassing call from some debt collector that I've no account with at all whatsoever. Total pain.  How can you put an end to it?

Thank you very much!  Whew!  Finally I know who is aggravating the crap out of me for no good reason at all whatsoever.

I live in Church Point, La. I am receiving calls from this number daily, it is a prerecorded script from a debt collection company. I have called them back many times and told the lady who answers phone that we don't know who she is looking for. My wife and I are sick and my daughter from NC is here to assist us. She answered the phone today and called back and advised them that if they called  back that my wife and I will get a lawyer and sue them for harassing phone calls.  Please assist us in getting these phones calls stopped.

Wish these people would update there records. I tell them the person they are looking for does not live here, however they insist on calling back. Always a different person. Don't they kow how to delete a number or add a comment to the file stating person does not live here, do not call.

That's funny.  The calls come in from 251 434-0644 but a number is left with an 800 number to call back.  I talked to my husband he we agreed that if anyone else calls for him or me, we tell them that he or she has recently passed away.  They start apologizing and hang up.  After about the third call like this, they do not call again.  This works better when they call your home number.  Just saying.  Horrible way to stop these calls.

try armstrong & assoc- tell them it's a cell phone & u dont want any more calls 2 your number. if they do its a FDCPA VIOLATION....

I would also like Armstrong and Associates to stop calling from 2514340644. This number rings my phone several times a day even wkends!! I am going to report them for harrassment!!! I do not not have an income; my husband has no job and i have to live with other family just to survive with my 2 children so i would greatly appreciate it if they would stop trying to get money of me when there is none!!!! This is my complaint and i hope someone will take it seriously. This is a cell phone not a home line.

They are a collection agency. When you say "I don't have what they are looking for," do you mean money to pay the debt?

- Honesty is always the best policy.

- This is true. However, do not confuse not calling with not attempting to collect. Our agency routinely files suit against estates and for liens against real/personal property. It sounds to me like you are electing to be sued instead of workiong out a more amicable solution.

Next time, try this: pay the debts you owe.

What do you do if they are looking for a relative but you have no idea where that relative is?  I've said that to them and they still will not remove my number from their system.  Isn't that some kind of harassment, to keep bugging someone who is not the debtor and who doesn't know where the debtor is?  I guess they think that eventually I might know where the debtor is located and that's why they keep calling.  Very annoying.

Don't know who Susan Thompson is but she called my phone looking for someone  and asked who was I.
