Called twice. No message.

I believe this is some sort of scam.  The caller said there is a civil action against me and I need to call a different number to make payment before it goes to court.

This is definitely a scam. Same thing happened to us. They would call daily while we were at work and leave a message similar to the one you got.  I happened to be home one day when they called and answered the phone. Told the guy he should feel free to take me to court and I would wait for the summons to arrive because I wasn't paying anything. Never heard from them again.

Got the same call today.  Would not give any information other than it was regarding a legal complaint filed against me. Gave a toll free number to call.

Received several calls.  Never leaves message or speaks when answered.  Never leaves message on answer machine.  I

Only thing i recall doing is leaving my number at car dealer, before starting to get those scam calls.

Been getting calls from this number. I called back left message. They just called me and informed me of a legal document they needed to deliver and she said they had been by twice. I politely told her i looked them up and they proved to be fraudulent (thanks to a website). She continued and asked my name and i said i aint giving it to you and if you need to contact me you better do it by letter. I asked who her copmany was representing and she replied she didnt know >>that information was sealed because it was a legal document.I then replied if you dont know I dont know either and the converstion was over. She then said I will be receiving a summons.

The woman who called me said she was calling me  on behalf of myself ( she used my own name). I responded, what??? And she hung up.

Same thing here asking me personal information 2526542136 I think that's the number .. I just said my name was ..spelled out ...B...o...r...i..c Acid etc..because it was the only box near me at the time lol...after that the phone got silent and then hung up lol ...what court case is this for anyway ...and in NC even ?!

Did any one order the power pressure cooker XL. I never received these calls until I ordered this pressure cooker. I think this is a scam. Don't respond!!! They are just fishing for your info. If you owe a bill, trust and believe they know and have  all the info they need about  you.

I just got a call from "Raymond" at United Process Services, I asked him repeatedly what company he was calling on behalf of (same thing, saying that it was a legal matter and someone was going to sue me) and he said he didn't know, that he was just hired to call and give me the number for me to call.  JP Hoffman out of California is the "law firm" that has been hired to collect from me.  Hmmm, I live in Indiana, go ahead and try [***].  How many degrees of separation does it take to sue someone, seeing there's at least 3 (whatever original creditor who I supposedly owe, the process company in NC, then the attorney in CA). Then there would have to be a 4th, someone licensed in my State to actually sue me.  Sure, this makes total sense, freakin scam artists.  When I called and gave them the "case number" the guy "verified" my birthdate to start with, wasn't even close to my real birthdate.  Good luck buddy!

Just got a few calls from this number today, they gave me a number to call of a law firm in california, I'm in Indiana and have never been to California. JP Hoffman is the fake attorney name they're using. This is a scam. I called my phone provider and got their number blocked from my phone, hopefully no one falls for this and sends them money.

I got the same voicemail after 2 calls w/o leaving messages. It left me a phone & case #. Pretty sure if this is real I would've gotten a letter or something instead of a robotic message.

Well they call me daily and I'm only 16 how in the hell would I owe money to someone and they keep callig me when I'm at school and I tell them don't call me again but they still do 😡

Got a call today answered it because it said UPS and I use UPS all the time said they were looking to serve legal papers on someone one I know gave me the name and asked that I relay the message...gave me a phone # and case number to pass on..

I got a call this morning at work from a David Wilson. At the time I was away from my desk and my manager answered my phone and David told her that I was going to be served some legal documents at work or either at home. She asked David why are you leaving such a message with me and he stated because you know here. David called from 252-654-2136 and left a call back number as 844-255-7020. I returned the call and was told they had the wrong person after I ask the lady why would David leave such a message. I'm filing a law suit.

I received this message from 252-654-2136 as well from United Process Services, obviously a scam. Last time I spoke to them I said to send the documents to my attorney and hung on them. I have nothing at the moment even close to being sued for....these people should get a real job instead of preying upon the innocent....
