When I called back. An automated voice said my number could Opt-Out from future calls, so I Opted-Out

called my prepaid cell phone twice but I ignored it.  Yesterday I had three called in a row from another telemarketer scam bag.  Seems like they are going after cell phone numbers now.  Glad people report it on these sites so I have an idea that it is not a call I need to answer.

Called my cell, I did not pickup, they did not leave a message.

Called twice on my cell, at 8:10 am & 8:11 am, said it was from Kent, WA. (I'm in southern Calif). I called it back, said it's was an opt out service but didn't say what was being opted out of. I just get the feeling it's a scram trying to get info from people.

Automated telemarketer, called cellphone twice 1/31/2013 around 09:30 MST. Used verizon wireless block feature to block them.

This number is associated with a well-know group of scammers: CallerID4U, Inc.  The principals of this company Paul Maduno and his partner Luis Martinez have an extensive history involving illicit telemarketing. In 2009, their business was called Digitcom Services, Inc., and they partnered with Steve Hamilton and F Antone Accuardi of Pacific Telecom Communications Group, who are currently the subjects of a class-action lawsuit for illegal telemarketing. Through a loophole in the system (called CNAM provisioning), these vermin make money every time a caller ID is displayed, so they do not care if you respond or not...they will keep calling.  See this blog: http://telemarketerspam.wordpress.com/ .
Take the time to read the blog and make the complaint. In the long run, the only thing that will stop these criminals is large numbers of people taking the time to make the complaints...to the DNC list, to the FCC, to law enforcement. This number just called my phone but I didnt know who they were so I didnt pick up. Interesting to see they have called so many people within the last hour.

I also received this call just a few minutes ago.  I never answer unknown callers, but I always reverse search the number to see who it might be.   Glad to see I made the right choice to not pick up!

Ditto previous messages.  Also received call from this number and no message left.  Based on the message I read here I will not ever answer from this number.

This number ignores that your already established on DNC-List.

...called my cell phone about an hour ago - was actually taking a shower, so it was unintentionally missed. Didn't recognize the number so I googled it. Called my number twice, no voicemail left. Numbers shows up at Kent, WA - I'm in AZ.

They call and leave no message.  I am so sick of this.

Received my call from this number while I was in the shower.  Would not have answered anyway since I did not recognize the number.  On to the reject list it goes!!

Add me to the list. I can add numbers to a contact entry that is automatically ignored, so they only get my phone to ring once. Still it's annoying to have to be constantly updating a contact just to be ignored when I have entered my number on the do not call list. I really appreciate this web site!

They just called me and I didn't answer. A machine left a partial VM that said, "...ou may be entitled to compensation. Press 1 to speak with a representative. Press 9 to opt-out." VM didn't catch for what, but this totally sounds like a scam.

My cell phone rang. Didn't get to it in time. Saw that I had two missed calls from these scumbags. What's the point of the National Do Not Call List if there is no effective enforcement in regards to illegal telemarketing like this?

I rec'd a call from this number. I did not answer it. I always look up numbers if I don't recognize them. This is a scammer. I have placed on block list!
