Name shows up as "Customer Svc" on my phone.  You get recorded message offering low rate credit cards.

Calls both my cell and home phones but do not leave messages and I will not answer any call where the area code is not known.  Answer occasionally in hopes of getting live person so I can tell where to go and take the scam with you.  They are using four or five numbers under the area code for credit card interest rate reducation and so called political polls.

This started off as "Heather" (the [***]) from "Card services" saying I could low interest on my CC. I do not have one! I got a live person after the recording in which the guy said "I am going to kill president Obama today" and hung up.

sales call for credit card rate lowering. will not stop calling and I am going to report them to FCC.

I have used their option to remove from vru and spoke with multiple reps, but most hang up once questions are asked about company and identifying information.

I do not answer out of state no"s  but was curious whom they are.

I just got a call from this number just now, did not answer, and no voicemail.  I have received a couple of calls from them starting last week.  Ugh!  I will answer and tell them to stop calling me this next time around.

How can people like this call if you're on the do not call list?  That's what I always wonder.

I am on a do not call list; this is also a cell number. Receiving calls early in the am (prior to 9am). No messages left.

Called my cell phone.  Automated message started by saying "There is nothing wrong with your credit account."  I hung up.

Customer service wanting to credit card info any type but will not tell which one they are wanting. I believe this is a scam, because if they should already know which one they have if they are wanting to lower your interest rate. Also I am on the do not call list.

They call using a numerical dialer...number by number. I'm on the do not call list too and got a call from them today. I have added the number they called from (253-236-2035) on my blocked numbers on Verizon because it was my cell they called. We'll see if that helps. Otherwise, I saw a video of a guy on YouTube who kept answering "Yes" each time the caller (same type) asked him a question, any and every question...finally, the guy gave up. It was pretty funny and I expect worth a try.

Same as everyone else - Heather at Card Services wanting to lower my interest rates.  Have gotten this call hundreds of times on my home phone, which is on the DNC list, but this morning, received TWO calls within 5 minutes on my cell phone.  Filing complaint with FTC.

Called asking about my credit card balance.  Stated nothing was wrong just that I needed to lower my interest rate.  I'm on he no call list so why am I being bothered especially on my cell phone??
