received call on my cell--just curious

Crooked Visa/Master Card scam promising to "Lower your interest rate to as little as 6%."

Hey, NOBODY in the U.S. is offering less than 12%.

Hung up on me when I told them I thought they were thieves and threatened to call the FBI.

Voice had a heavy African accent -- I'm suspecting they are calling from Nigeria.

I also just got a call on my cell phone form253-236-2058.  Did you figure out who it was?

I just received a call from this number and I didn't answer, it is most likely a telemarketer because there wasn't a voice message left.

recording stating that I can lower my credit card interest to 6.5% -- I don't have ANY credit cards.

SCAM CALL.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS ONE.
They don't leave a voice mail message, which is one of the many giveaways that it's Not For Real.
Even political telemarketers leave messages!!

got a call, they hung up when I said hello.

My TeleBouncer processed the call. Whomever the caller was, he was instructed to place us on his DO NOT CALL LIST and NEVER call again!!!

My phone never rang. I  watched the TeleBouncer operating and saw the caller's telephone number on caller ID.

Nice.

Just rceived a call from "Credit Card Services" - promise 6% credit card interest if I had a balance of over $3,500 on all my credit cards, through any bank, ANY credit card. When they started asking for expiration dates - I hung up!

Just got a call- I picked it up and said "This is James" and then they hung up. Scared that they might use that information in cross reference with my telephone number for some type of scam.

Caller called my cell offering to lower my interest rate. I do not have any credit cards. Definitely a scam.

Scam - lower interest rate call. My number in unpublished, so it's just a random autodialer call.

Caller ID says "Customer Service" but no company, of course.

Got a missed call from this number and googled it and saw to report it.

Received back to back calls from this number today, 12/28/2012 at 1:10 pm.  I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail message.  When I looked the number up online, I see that is from somebody claiming to want to offer a lower interest rate on a credit card, and several people were saying it was a scam.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but yet they found a way and called my cell phone.  I do not want another call from them.

Our attourney retrieved the phone logs and the number was frauded by  Delta Outsource Group, a Debt Collector from Missouri.

Got call - did not pick it up...

When I pressed 1 to speak to a real person they hang up on me as soon as I asked "what is this about". How do they get my number is the question to concern.
