Caller ID name:  Skype.  

Person on other end had an ancient and was calling on behalf of Albertsons...?  

Who are these people?

Yes I got two different calls from SKYPE ( 253) 353-2992 ( Nov. 30, 2011 & Dec.1, 2011), calling on behalf  from Albertson's store. And they would try to pronounce your name.

Yes, they call us at least twice a day.

This time they claimed they were Puget Sound Energy. Obviously looking to scam. If they don't know your name, and even if they do know your name, the better have some information that proves it is so. They hung up on us.

The caller ID says Skype but they said they are calling on behalf of Puget Sound Energy. They said they wanted to do a survey of the electronic appliances in my house. The person was extremely nice and not pushy at all but still kinda suspicious of them to be calling from a Skype account.

They keep calling my office for a co-worker. She said her name was Faya Jensen and had difficulty pronouncing my co-workers name. I helped her pronounce it correctly and offered to take a message. She was pleasant the 1st time she called but not has become rude each time I ask to take a message as this co-worker works out of the office a lot. So now I get to answer her call every morning at 8 am until the day I die because she refuses to leave a message and my co-worker will never be in the office at 8am.

Didn't make sense, so I didn't answer.
