Just got called from this number and when I answered, no one would talk.

I received a call from that number also today.

Just got one too.... From Tacoma Washington no vm,

I just received a call from this number, did not answer, & they did not leave a voice mail.  I don't answer numbers I do not recognize, but I'm curious how they got my number.

I called and they want you to do a survey, but you press 1 and you will be taken off there list.

Didn't recognize number.  Did not answer.  Not important enough for them to leave message,  So not important enough for me to return call.

Two consecutive calls, nothing there at all

If you dont recognize the call, especially from out of state, dont pickup. Also, dont sign up for free stuff at the malls and give your number. Youre causing your own headaches! Read the back of those free giveaways for cars and trips and youll see where your number is going.
Its too bad we cant track down the phone company or carrier where these calls are coming from and complain to them instead of here.
Store the number if they keep calling with a recognizable ID and then answer " Hello, FBI fraud prevention unit, how may I help you?"

I got my third call from this number today.   I did not answer.  What freaks me out is this is my on-call number for the hospital.  How did they get my unlisted BB number?  And how can I stop them?

Got several calls from this number but never leave message. Tried to call number back and voice mail stated this was for some sort of survey

Call came to my cell phone, March 13 @ 11:50 am, no message left.

I got a call from this number five minutes ago. A man's voice recording said I had been chosen to participate a political survey. I hung up. I keep getting this scam call once a week, everytime from a different phone number.

Can someone shut down this organization  (if it is real). they have no web site
They seem to be fishing for phone numbers.

Answered and did not speak waited a short while to see if anytime spoke, they didn't so hung up. Will ignore if call again

Called and did not leave a message.  This is the first call from this number.  I hope it's the last.

They just called my cell phone - it's a survey of some sort for a political committee. As I live on the other side of the country - not interested. It's automated. I hung up. They did start saying something about I would be entered for a prize of some sort - didn't listen.

the caller ID said pacifictel. same as everyone else, I answered the phone and got dead silence.

They got your number by using an automated machine that dials every number in numeric order.  If you answer, they know it is a valid number.  Evidently, they call back later after the dialer has confirmed a "live" number.

also got the call. my number is a cali area cose too not a tacoma WA area code.  didnt leave a message. i will block number i never answer calls i dont recognize the number.
