Another "Rachel from cardholder services" robocall. There is apparently NO WAY to stop these calls because they do not care about the Do Not Call list. We get this same recorded message all the time from many different numbers. The only thing we can do is not answer the phone.

We get this call 2-3 times per week!  It is "Rachel" calling from Cardholder Services.  She always says this is our last chance.  I have hit #3 for remove from the list.  I have hit #1 to speak to a rep.  They just keep calling and we are on the do not call list.  I don't think it means a thing to be on the do not call list.  This is not enforced and we are continually bombarded with unwanted callers.

Comcast really should add more than 12 numbers we can block. Like 12 is great, but my cell phone can block unlimited numbers will the Call Control App.

Just get a Panasonic phone set with # block and its blocked.

I have Comcast too. How do I block a number?

I received the umpteenth robo call from Rachel at Credit Card Services. Is there no way to stop this company from what amounts to harrassment? They seem to have both of my business phone numbers as well as my home phone.
All of my phone numbers are on the "do not call" list and I re-submit this every few months, just in case.
