This is beginning to get really old & I may drop some f-bombs if this doesn't stop.

I've been getting 2 calls a day on my cell... No message.  I won't pick up if the number isn't identified.  What the heck is the point of calling repeatedly with no message?!?  Must be phishing or something.  Wish they would get a real job and stop this!!!

Got a live call on my cell phone today from this number. Caller identifed himself as James from Family Protection. He started to say someting about wanting to install a home security system in homes my area. I told him my phone was registered on the Do Not Call List and I would report it if he called again.

I'm getting swamped with calls originating from the state of Washington.  One of which was this number.   I really wish there was a way to disable all of it, for now I'll just have to settle for calling the number back and pushing 1.

When there is no sales pitch or a message left, possibly the call is from the Reverse Phone tracking services to get you annoyed enough to subscribe to the service. The number showing on the phone can and mostly are spoofed to avoid being tracked and sued. According to FCC, Attorney General of states are aware that FCC allows suing the phone owner $1500.00 for each case if you are on No Call List, that is the reason they spoof a different number on their handset. Also almost all the calls comes from the offshore places like Mexico, Guatemala.......... which is not easy for FCC to track down and fine them, that makes Do Not Call List useless. But answering the call to allow the connection is made, then disconnecting it, the owner ends up being charged for the long distance call. This way I hit them in their pocket no matter how small the charges are. I suggest everyone take your revenge and hit them in their pockets.

Im registered on DO NOT CALL and this number has called me 6 times today and several times all week.   Ive called the number back and ask to be removed from call list and they are still calling.

It's just someone from an alarm company, asking whether I have an alarm system, what brand it is, whether I turn it on or not, my exact address, what time I'm usually not home, the PIN to disable the alarm, mother's maiden name, SSN, my bank account numbers and passwords, etc.  He just wants to make sure I'm protected.

This number calls me every 3-4 hours for a few days along with several other numbers that have been systematically harassing me the past few weeks. I'm not going to pick up. They've never left a message.

Got a call from this number.  Hopefully it's the last.  I'm on do-not-call.

If you call these bums, there is a recording to press "1" to be added to the do not call list.  I've done this twice now and still they call repeatedly!!  I'm going to file complaint to national do not call list. https://www.donotcall.gov/

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

If this continues, I would recommend www.truecall.co.uk It sounds like the perfect tool to handle the calls you do want and block the calls you do not. I have had one for 3 years this year, and have not regretted, what I thought was a large, initial outlay. If you have call to refuse and all those other call handling/blocking services from your phone provider, you will see this unit pay for itself in no time at all. Since you will not need the services anymore. This unit has made a tremendous difference to my life, and my sanity. ;)

Been getting several calls a day from this number.  I remember the guy who mentioned family protection services.  At first I just kept putting phone down until they hung up.  Now the calls come & there's nothing there.  It is BEYOND annoying!

How can this be stopped!

I log into my cell telephone account on the internet and put a block on the number. If that number dials my number or if I dial the telemarketers number...... the Phone company Switch intercepts the call and plays a recording stating "You are unauthorized to make this call!" Problem solved.

I concur with all the other posts. Someone needs to investigate these numbers, particularly:
253-382-9935. I also have stopped answering if the number is not in my contact list. If it is important, they can leave a message.  This is ridiculous to get calls on our cell phone now. I got rid of my home phone because of all the sales and prank calls. Now they are bothering my cell. Can't anyone help?

The phone number is from Tacoma, WA, similar to other calls when no one is on the line and when you call back to ask them to take my phone off the do not call list, they call more often!
