Same thing here, offered my a $5000 grant via western union and I just had to pay $99 that would be refunded.  Also non english speaking guy named...Richard Williams.   It is a scam

Kavin Ford, also a non english speaking man, sound like a middle eastern person offered $5,000 U.S grant.  When ask him simple questions such as where the money is comming from, he transfer me to a supervisor whic he too is a non english speaking man with bad attitude cuase I asked him why do I need a security deposit if they were suppose to send me money.  This is no doubt a scam.

I have also received a call from this number and i have deposited $50 at Post Office and i have received a cheque of $5050 at my home i m very happy...

said name was Kevin Boyd ... there is a warrant against me from the irs.... state my taxes did not match what they have... not sure what this CALL CENTER .. I said I can't understand you (accent) .. they said you need to listen... they be came so frustrated they hung up. The irs will get an interpreter before they hang up on money... and i call the toll free 800 number for irs and there was a 30 to 60 min wait...

I received a call/message from this number telling me that I'm being sued by the IRS and need to call the number for more information.  I called but did NOT give out any information....but he rattled off my address.  Hung up on the [***].  Scam.  

This is a scam. Do not pay any money to these patels. There trying to take your money pretending to be the IRS. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!! There crooks

Oh my gosh!  The dance thing happened to me too. Pissed me off and ruined my Thanksgiving with my family.

Was told I had action being tooken against me an for me to call number why would the IRS bein wWashington state heres the number they called me from 644-246-5948 and the number they told me to call 253-656-6680

Received call from # 729-597-6594, message left that this is their final call from the IRS.  They are filling a lawsuit against me and for more info,  call back at # 253-656-6680. I called twice, line was busy, 3rd time I got through to a foreign person who I could not understand: Rich Boyd. He stated that I owe back $7500 from 2008-2010 and a lawsuit has been filed.  I was like how the [***] do I owe $7500 when I file my taxes and paid taxes every year. Well he don't know, so I demand to be transferred to someone who speaks better English. I got transferred, was told the same [***], and after trying to verify my address a few times trying to get my information,  I got hung up on. [***] scams ruined my Thanksgiving family gathering.   me and for more info,  call back at # 253-656-6680. If you got a call from 728-590-6564 and you are told your being sued by the IRS and you are to call; 253-656-6680 to resolve the situation, it is a SCAM!! The call from number may change, but they always have you call the 253 number. Go to the IRS main page and type in scams to notify the IRS.
