They are a debt collection based out of Washington, Usa. I get a call from them every so often and I have never answer as i don't owe money to anything that collects based out of Washington.

They call me 4-5 times a day. I got a new number recently and they've been calling since the minute I activated it. They start at 8am and don't stop until 9pm. No one there when I answer, no messages left. I get calls from: 253-666-4590, 253-777-4830, 253-292-3647, and 253-666-4603.  I've received 27 calls from these numbers since 2/18.

They call me 10 times a day at least. Never leave a message

Calls several times a day (often late at night).  Never leaves a message (not once).  When I call back it sounds like a large crowd of people talking in a bus station.  They refuse to provide any information about themselves and then they yell at you when you inform them that calling late at night (past 8 or 9pm) is not a good thing.

They also refuse to tell you why they are calling unless you give them your full address, date of birth and social security number.  Can't think of anything this can be other than a phishing scheme.
