no message left, busy signal when I tried to call back

NO message and when I called back just received a busy signal.

On a National NO call list, why is this # calling me????

Supposedly someone with a hearing impairment was trying to access my account. So this number claiming to be from Verizon called me to authorize a user. Being suspicious I said no to authorizing this person. Later I called Verizon and they said they have no affiliation with this number and it is actually a cell phone number.

Got the same call from the number listed above 253-835-5540, didn't answer.
Called Verizon, it is NOT a Verizon number.
Verizon said the number is from Bodway, Africa

Verizon is blocking it for everyone who has Verizon

This number is from Verizon. I called Verizon this morning about a blocked number problem. When the tech gal called me back, it was from this number. 253-835-5540. So the comment about Verizon blocking that number from all customers is also not true.

This is NOT verizon.!! It's a phone.hacker scam do not answer. !!
