I have been receiving calls from that number for a few weeks and no one answers when I pick up. I started ignoring it and let it go to voicemail but I still keep getting calls.

I'm getting the calls too.  I was answering the calls at first.  The first time an Indian sounding man said I was approved for a grant to go back to school because I haven't faulted on taxes in the last 6 months.. the second time another person told me I was in the running for a $25,1000 cash drawing.  I asked to be removed from their calling list and they rudely hung up on me.  I'm still getting the calls and I was forced to add this number to my blocked callers list on my phone.  Now I just receive blank voicemails... still irritating but less than the calls several times a day.
