they keep calling asking for payments, does anyone know of this?

these people just started calling me, 1 minute past eight am mind you the proceed to ask for my personal info and verify with the wrong social number! Is this a collection agengy or someone screwing with people?

Debt collector. They also call anonymously, refuse to give their company name, and make "dead air" harassment calls. Texas residents- what they are doing is illegal under Texas law, report them to the Texas Atty General here: https://www.oag.state.tx.us/forms/cpd/form.php

This number GPS my location! It was scary!! He didn't tell me his name or anything but knew where I was driving at!! I turned off my GPS on my cell phone.

This number keeps calling asking if I know this person or that person and when I say "no," he says "well, are you _____?"  Finally I say "No! I don't know who that is, either!"  He said, "okay, thank you" and hung up.  At the beginning of the call, it states that the call is being recorded for voice and GPS location recording.

Calls over 8 times a day , when I answer it is some weird music playing and no one says anything

This number has called my house phone 63 times in the last 51 days. They never leave a message. The caller ID shows the caller as Alltran Financi I guess that is all the space on my caller ID.

I have been getting nonstop calls from this number. I don't even know anyone with this area code as I haven't lived in its range for a very long time, and refuse to answer. I have gotten multiple messages from someone saying they work for a debt collection agency called "Alltran" but I know I don't owe anything to a company by that name. He calls all hours of the day, even past 8 sometimes.
