    This guy calls Christmas Eve 2014 and claims to be John from AT&T.  he says they R receiving signals from a bad program on my computer and wants to walk me through it.  I instantly suspect scam and asked to call him back.  Instead I called AT&T direct and confirmed he was a scammer.  Be careful.
