I have been getting the same activity John is , usually around 2pm  or7pm. I don't answer un known numbers, so no idea about anything else. Same caller ID. foun amer vets, wonder where they found them?

Getting same call at mid afternoon 2-4pm.  Never leave a message.  I looked up Foundation for American Vets & came a cross this:Foundation for American Veterans West Bloomfield, Michigan Purpose: Promoting social and recreational

This phone number is used by a boiler room outfit for many solicitations, none of them legitimate.  The latest version says "FOUND AMER VETS" on the caller ID.

AMVETS says they are not affiliated with this outfit. They are using your sympathy to buy their yachts and Mercedes.  If you donate, it's unlikely any of your donation will end up where you intended.

Almost trapped by this.  Caller ID read Wilde Suzuki..said they were for the vets.  Asked me for my debit card number.  I didn't have it on hand, then I actually gave it.  Occurred to me it was a recording; it asked for the number again and then quickly asked for the expiration date.  I hung up before going any further.

thank you for this website..I am tired of them calling at all hours so I had our provider block them..morning,afternoon,night they have been calling and at night I mean when we are sleeping...

They constantly call and we never answer. I finally answered this morning and the guy asked for the home owner, when I said he wasn't available, before I could say anything else he hung up on me. I called the number back, options 1-3 to leave a voicemail, try another extension, or talk to the operator all lead to "Thank You, Good Bye". Ridiculous. Not sure how they got our number.

They're calling me twice a day...they never leave a message nor does anyone speak if I answer, and they don't answer if I call them back. They always say their voicemail box is full. Infuriating

Called my office this morning and left no message.  Caller ID said "FAV".  Called again and I answered with "This is [my first name'", as I usually do at work.  (I am femail).  He asked "Is the lady of the house there?"  I repeated that I this is [my name] and asked if I could assist him.  He must have gotten the 'oops, I just called a law firm' vibe and then said, "Oh! Sorry, wrong number.  I'll mark that down."  Weird.

id says - FAV - I have gotten several calls - they do not leave a message and when I do answer they hang up.  if this was a real donation center for vets, they would leave a message or speak to me.  I do not make donations over the phone!!
