Claims his name is Terry Moyer or something and that he works for federal Debt payment that will reduce my debt.

Call shows up on ID as 'BLOCKED CALL".  Man says his name is Gary/Terry and he is with the FEDERAL DEBT RELIEF PROGRAM that assists contractors.  Gives his number to return the call as
267-401-8002.  This number is a cell phone.  No way to tell before trying to call him back if he is legit or not.  Doubt it with "blocked call" on the Caller ID.  We don't answer "blocked call" or unknown caller calls.

This piece of garbage called me a little after 8:00 am on a Sunday morning.  Will report it to do not call for all thats worth.

Called me at 5:30 AM!! I am one of the extreemly rare people who live within my means and I have ZERO credit card debt. We need to start a campaign to abolish the do not call list and force the government to create a "OK to call list" instead.  Unfortunately our elected officials were bought out instead of representing us, the people, as they are supposed to.  Will america ever wake up and force the electorate to do their job instead of spending all their time in office pursueing the next election?

Gary Moyer called me at 5:55 am. What a creep. I have caller ID have that shows the  time he called and his message and I am going to the state to file a complaint.

Called back and L/M, do not call. Nobody here is in debt and if we were we certainly would not
do business w/a "company" where "private call" comes up on the caller ID.
Just another SCAMMER wasting everybodys time.

Called at 6:54AM on a Sunday.  Terry Moyer, something about reducing contractor debt.  Did call on business number, but it is in our home.

Called me by my first name, Saturday evening, calling from +266696687 and offered the Federal Debt. Settlement program. referred to call his number 267-401-8002.

Message left on business phone in the evening to call Gary M regarding federal debt settlement.  When you call the number they ask you to leave a message & they will get back to you. This is a physicians office - this has got to be a scammer.
