who ias this? they call all day and when i return the call it says leave a brief description for your call. they dont even say what they are, is this a company or what/

This number called me three times today and when I picked up on the 3rd call a male on the other end said he had the wrong number.  My name is given to leave a voicemail, so how is it that they had the wrong number??

I have recived two calls from tehi number, doesnt leave a VM, i tried calling it back but went straight to their VM, womans voice.. not sure who this is! I am from Canada and this number is from phili! i Dont know anyone in Phili

I just got a call from this number. My family was out of town and I haven't heard from them so I answered the call in case it was some kind of emergency... ANYWAY, I had to say hello twice, finally a male said 'sorry I have the wrong number' and I just hung up.

I was wondering--- did anybody (else-besides me) recently get a notification from Zappos.com that their personal information was leaked?? Perhaps there's a connection.

I keep getting calls and no message on vm.  I do not answer and will not call back. I got a notice from my bank saying my info. could have been compromised....WHOEVER this is...LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

Just received two calls from this number. Our last name is mentioned in the outgoing message but it doesn't even finish, as s/he hangs up before it finishes -- as though someone is just calling around to see who answers.

this # called me 6 times between 8:08am and 4:52pm today, no message left....VERY AGGRIVATING

wtf this number calls every day 2 or 3 times when we answer they say sorry wrong number pretty annoying

This number has called me more that 4 times a day.. at least 7 times. It ios so freakin annoying!!! I dont even know anyone from Phili.  I want this to stop.  It so annoying!! If it continues, i will eventually call and report it. This has to stop.

Answered call after noticing ph# coming up several times today.  Young woman asked for me (by first name), wouldn't confirm it was me so she asked "am I speaking to (my name)"?  Again I wouldn't confirm...why would I?  I asked what company are you calling from?  "Tungsten"  From where?  "Maine".  Immediately told her to take this number off the list.  "Okay, will do that for you, sorry."    

How they got my name?  I don't even have a listed ph# under my name.  Needless to say, by law they have to remove the number from their list or will be fined.  

Looked up on internet, aside from the chemical tungsten, all I could find was a jewelry manufacturer out of California...call centre doesn't have to be anywhere near the location of the company since it's contracted out.  

PS.  To stop the calls, (which are on automatic dial hence the person on the other end has a delay and you may have to say hello several times before they hear you), just say "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST" and must comply.

I finally answered today and told them to STOP calling me and to F*** Off. I shouldnt be so rude but after nealy10x in one day i had to vent lol

My mobile phone rang around 5:15pm CST from this number  267.702.3923 when I answered the phone there was a silence after I said hello. I said hello again and a man quickly told me that he had the wrong number and hung up. I was confused as to the area this call originated from. I called 267.555.1212 for directory assistance and the operator told me that there was no area code with 267 in the United States. I was more confused as to the 7 digits the person used to try and call me. I was wondering why the operator even answered from that area code for directory assistance. So I searched the internet and came up with this info
