1/28/2024 received call from 268-762-0021 but when I answered the party hung up.  I have blocked this number and hope I do not get another call from Antigua and Barbuda

Phone rang once and disconnected before I could answer.
Caution, 268-762-0021 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain

I have had several phone calls from this phone number.  I do not answer it, I figured that if they are important enough to me, they will leave a message.  They never do.  But they called again this morning at 7:00 AM, they call at random times and I am now going to block this number from calling me.

This is really annoying just rings once and then hangs up always very early in the morning like 5:40 ish

Just received a call at 6am this morning. Rang once. This is upsetting since I am always nervous about early phone calls from Lifeline for my mother.

Same story.  One ring this morning while I was enjoying my coffee.  No message.  Vermin.

I had missed call from this number saturday morning and my employer sent out an email warning us about this as well. DO NOT CALL IT BACK!! As someone else posted, if its important and you dont recognize the number, they'll call back or leave a message.

Thank you.  Just got a call from that number and I didn't answer.  Glad I googled the number before calling them back.

The number has been disconnected in Antigua and the government is investigating.  
It appears the caller id had been setup to show that number but the call never came from Antigua.

Don't call it back!!! If it was important, they would have left a message or called back. Please see the article below. It's probably a scam!!!

Scam, do not call back, if u call back u will be charged by carrier for premium service, adult chat, that's the scam they want u to call them

If you have gotten a call from this number then your phone has been cloned. This not a joke. My email address and password were  on a text I sent to my wife, 2 days later I found another user logged in on my laptop, eventually they managed to up load 57 different malware programs, even after getting it wiped clean, they still have access to it. I don't care how encrypted you think your phone is it doesn't make any difference. I called AT&T after I first suspected something was amiss and they confirmed my suspicions, but then told me I would have to file a police report Even after changing my ph. # 3 times they still have my ph. locked onto. I even got a call from Montserrat, an island just off the coast of Antigua. I even called the FBI to try and help them when they were trying to hack the phone of the San Bernardino shooter, but never received a call back.

You don't need to call back. My phone was sitting right in front of me when I got the call and it only rang once and that was it. As I stated in my earlier message, your phone has been cloned, and have no doubts about it. They have access to all your contacts, reminders, calendar dates, etc. I used to use the reminder for my medications, as soon as the reminder went off, someone in my neighborhood would honk their horn, or yell something. You need to go into the settings on your phone and turn off all the things  that you don't want to share with someone you don't know. Mine happen to be involved with drug and child smuggling and I accidentally found out things they didn't want me to tell the police about, and they have kept tabs on me ever since, and are probably reading this.
