I dont know why this number is calling me

my cell phone rang just one ring & stopped, "missed call" info showed up.

Received a call again from this number.  Two rings and then hangs up at 9 p.m.  Checked online for the area code and it is from Antigua or Barbuda.  Learned from other sites that they are deliberately trying to upset you in order to have you return their call to give them what for, yet if you do you you will have a costly surcharge added on your phone bill. Also learned that you can have international calls blocked on your cell phone yet it is only for 90 days, not permanently, which leaves you back to square one after the 90 days.  Best thing is to NEVER answer nor call these numbers back.  Let it go to voice mail, yet they most likely will not leave one.  They only ring once or twice, thinking that folks don't answer their cell phones that quickly, so the call doesn't cost them anything.  It's just meant to tick you off and have you call them back.  Makes me think that these Antigua and Barbuda phone companies are in league with these callers to gain revenue?  The individual caller wouldn't profit from our calling them back, yet their local phone company would...hmmm

Have called me 4 times. Rings once then hangs up. Call have been between 11pm-12:30pm

The number 268-762-0035 called me at 10:37pm and I have gotten one call over the weekend.  I did not answer and my caller ID on my Iphone listed it from Antigua/Barbuda.  I don't know anyone from that area so was especially cautious about this most likely being a scam.

They have called me twice now. First one was in the afternoon and just got another call and it's around 10am. Saw that it was from Antigua so I definitely didn't answer. The first call rang several times and the one I just got just rang once. Saw someone on Facebook say it's a scam call and it'll cost you $100 if you answer or call it back.

Have gotten 2 calls.  Rings twice then stops.  Thanks for info from others.  How annoying.  As a rule i dont answer unless it's a known caller.  That is what voicemail is for.  

Got a call from this # 268-762-0035, very late this evening at 1100pm. I didn't answer, googled the number and came to this site. Glad I didn't answer or call back.

Got a call at 10:59 P.M on a Friday from 268-762-0035, Didn't answer it came up as a unavailable person, so I left it alone. They didn't leave a voicemail. Got online  to see who it was and sure enough it brought me here.

This phone number called me a few days ago and I called it back...hope I don't get charged

Just recieved a call. Rang once then they hung up. If you are using an iPhone, you can "block this caller" under their number in your recent calls.

Just received a call...rang twice, I answered and no one there. Blocked.

Received this one-ringer four days ago at work, didn't recognize the number and ignored it. Just heard on the local news that it IS a scam. They are counting on you calling back. You may be re-routed to an overseas porn business or various other enterprises. But the second your call is connected, big bucks are charged to your account and it keeps rolling every second you are on the line. The number is masked, bouncing off numerous servers and near impossible to trace. What's the old saying about curiosity and the cat??

Received one ring a minute ago. Have gotten been called by this same number before, other people indicate this is from Antigua

Called me 10 min ago. Didn't recognize the number so I Googled it and found this site.
