Said they were with Consumer Credit Services. I said this is a scam and an Indian man said 'This is a scam? [***] you."

Just got a call from "Consumer Credit services" offering to lower my interest rate today only. Foreign guy answered. Sounded Indian. I asked what card he was calling about. "Your Visa Mastercard". Really? One card has both Visa and Mastercard, huh? I asked him what company this supposed card was with. Mumbled something, sounded like three companies, one of which was Capital One. I said "just go ahead and remove me from your calling list." His reply was "nah nah nah, that's not happening", and hung up.

Called today and hung up.   These are increasingly annoying lately.

Just got a call from this number and the man told me he wouldn't tell me what company he was with - said I should know - and said he would never remove me from the call list because it's against company policy.  I'd like to know what we can do (other than block the numbers) to stop these calls!  I always block them when they call but they always seem to get new numbers.

I received a call from this number and did not pickup.  My cell phone lists the number calling from Kalamazoon, MI.  They did not leave a message.

This number called me two times at the exact same time and hung up.

Received a call from this # at 11:58 this a.m.  Was a recorded message and said her name was "Susan" calling from Consumer Credit Services.  After that I hung up and did not listen to the rest of the message because I knew this was a scam.

Reports indicate scam.  Call happened less than a week after friend's Facebook account was hacked.

These calls are endless on my cell. I block a number and a week later another one pops up.  Left a voicemail with background noise.

Call came into my cell phone, but couldn't answer it right away.

Just got a call from 260-377-4139, didn't recognize area code. Left no message on voice mail. Figured it was a scam as two other numbers tried last week. Blocked.

i got a call from this number  17 minutes ago i hung up on them did not answer it sounds like a scam i'm on the do not call list these calls  are starting to annoy me
