same thing happened to me today. i called back and an automated voice machine picked up and said it was trying to confirm my order or something like that. i haven't ordered anything???!

The phone rang - I answered three times - nothing and then they hung up.  My call identifier said it was 269-768-2624 and identified as customer service.

a rude individual called up my phone a few minutes ago to confirm an order I did not make, upon questioning him, he hung up rudely. I called back, but no one answered. I was directed to a machine that gave no option to speak with an operator. Hope there is an investigation going on those individuals who look like they are commiting fraud. Please help because that delinquent has my info.

This number has called me every couple of hours today. They do not leave a message. I have not ordered anything recently. I am on the Do Not Call list & don't understand how they got my number. If someone can stop this please do so!

I too got a call and they had all my information saying that I was being offered a premium member package on my Visa card and they continuously repeated the whole thing over and over.  I finally hung up.  They never asked for any information.  Just to verify my address, which they read off to me.  Then they asked me to use my key pad to enter my zip code?  What was that about?

Cancel you credit card, it is a fraud!!!!!!!!

Same thing as happened to Sydney and Christine below...once last night and once so far this a.m. No company name was given when you call back.

They have called several times.  Leave no message.  Recording says they want to confirm my order but I have not ordered anything.  Recording also states that my not responding will not affect the status of my order.  Their recording gives no option to talk with an individual but when I picked the option for hours of operation, it gave me hours of operation and then asked for my PIN.  When I entered a four digit PIN it went to my Verizon voice mail box.  What is going on?  Who is responsible for these calls???

Yep, I got this call 3x's on May 1st...I never picked up and no message left. Gee, let me guess.."another scam?????"

Ditto, 3 calls from this # yesterday, 2 so far today. No message & I did not answer.

I'm in the 703 area code, where is everyone else who's getting this call?

Keep getting these calls at all hours of the day, and frankly I am sick of it! This is ridiculous that I have to deal with people trying to scam me when I am a full-time working, college student trying to make a living for myself. Quit scamming people and go get a real job! (Because a real job is actually legal if you didn't know!)

The next time this number calls, I am going to answer "Police Department".
Then if they don't hang up, I'll tell them they are part of a murder investigation, and that their number has been traced!

I rec'd a call from this number 5 minutes ago.  They asked for my daughter who is 11. I asked what was this regarding, and they said that if I was not her, then I cant help. I responded you are calling my eleven year old, and my husband is a detective in the NYPD and you picked the wrong family to f**k with.  She hung up.  I called back, and it is saying i purchased something, but no option to speak with anyone.  I am forwarded the number to the NYPD, and I am making a complaint.

I got this call also.  My phone number has a 646 area.  Based on the comments on this page, I just blocked the number.

Received a call May 1 from this #, said they were customer service confirming an order, already had credit card on file and charged on it, ordered nothing.

I have received the same annoying phone calls., at least 8 in one day and then 4 the next. Inadvertently I picked up today thinking it was a return call I was waiting for. A guys voice asked if this was Greg. I said yes it is , who is this and he hung up. I called the number back and got the same recording as u did. I haven't ordered anything either. What agencies are out there that can look into these situations. Do they have my credit card number and just needed a yes answer to validate a comfirmation of some order or club they will enrole me in for a monthly charge. In retrospect I should never have answered yes. Now I will have to review all my credit cards closely for unfamiliar charges.
