Calls several times a day but hangs up when a I answer. Who is this?

I think it's a Pharmaceutical company based in Martinsville, VA

Telemarketer/unsolicited calls

Received 4 calls in one week from this number, including a Saturday morning. They claim to be with the MD Dept. of Health even though my caller ID says they're in southern VA. Agent says they are surveying MD residents; when I explain that I live in DE, the story changes. Suddenly it's a *national* survey and my location is irrelevant. These are unsolicited calls to a cell phone which is listed on the national Do Not Call registry, so it's shady at best no matter which way you look at it.

received the call from the number.  the Caller ID information is "ICF INTERNATION" assuming ICF International due to space limitations on the phone's caller id.  They left a message from the Maryland Department of Human Resources regarding a message I emailed regarding a child support account.   CSEA - Child Support Enforcement Agency is under MD DHR.  This may be an outsourced call center/customer support for Maryland DHR.

This is the call back number from dhs. If you left a message fir them to call you this is a legitimate numbet.
