I received a call from this number prior to another call similar to this phone call where I would answer and they would hang up. When I tried to call the number back, it would ring and then someone on the other end would hang up. This call came in @ 12:08pm and the other phone call from the other number was received @ 11:13am.

I receive the same call from #281-201-5141 and you can hear someone is on the line but hang up the phone. I return the call several times and someone would hang up the phone. I let time pass by and redailed and a lady answered stating it was a company called Account Resolution Services. I asked them to stop calling me and when she asked for my phone number she stated it was not in their system. I told her to stop calling me. ( I looked on the internet the company's name and it seems to be a Debt Collection Company)

I got same call but they hung up on me too...weird huh?

Said they were from a insurance company... Then hung up

Collection company. I called back and they asked for my DOB to verify it was me. I said 'well, you've got my number and my name, it is me, I'm not giving my DOB to anybody over the ph' so they wouldn't go forward telling me on whose behalf they were calling.

I did receive a call from this number on 8 /9 /2016 to get personal info like DOB and then hang up

I bet they get credit for how many calls they make.

Dubious company trying to collect information.  I don't owe anybody but get this call from this number or a 1-800 one.

My phone rang from this numbe.  When I picked up - no response to my answer.  Block...

Rec'd several calls from this number, and when i called back lady kept insisting on me verifying my dob and said she was calling from ARS. I kept trying to find out who she was calling for/representing and she wouldnt tell me,  as it is a personal business matter - so i told her im not verifying anything when you can't do the same. Remove my number and dont call again.
