They call and I am on the do not call list. Call whenever day/night! annoying

Hung up as soon as I answered.

Picked up call and they hung up as soon as I answered. Called back and an automated voice answered saying they were the United States Prescription Card something something.

Called my cell phone.  Left no message.  I'm recovering from major surgery and don't appreciate being disturbed.  If this is the prescription card company another caller identified, they're wasting their time calling here.  I'm well-insured and don't need anything.  My phone is on the do not call list FOR A REASON, and I expect this company to not call here again.

Who is this? One ring and then hang up no message left.

Digging further, it turns out that she works for Hoang orthodontists in Houston, Texas
The dentist's office # is 281-955-0380
I suggest we all call her boss tomorrow and get her stupid self fired.
Tell him that she's posing as the United States Dental center.
She can't be too bright, the govt is still shut down, they wouldn't be recruiting sign ups during a shutdown.
