    I got a call from this # and they are saying, "it is from debt collector" and I called back but no one replied.

    called left no message.  called back David Jenkins answered ask me to hold.  Held, came back asking if I was so and so, I said no and This is a new number.  He called me a liar and that he would be in there in person in just a second cuz my number is traced.  I said ok.  He never showed.

    Number 281-404-1275 shows up on the Caller ID.  The recorded message left is from Nationwide Recovery Service (a debt collection agency) who say to call back on their 800 #.  Not the person they're looking for, but of course they won't believe me if I call & tell them that.  How can I stop them from calling?
