They just called me too.

Who are these people?? They call from 8am in the morning and don't stop all day

They called me at 8 am. Could somebody tell me who they are?

I think it is woodforest bank calling about when they were illegally charging overdraft fees by the day. They have been investigated for this. How can we stop them from calling us? First thing they ask for is the last four digits of your social. Do not answer any of their questions. Isn't it harassment to be called at work? Every day!!!!

Person called and I picked up, asked for me by my first name. I asked who was calling and he gave me his first name "Chris". He asked if I was me, I asked what this was regards to. He proceeds to say this is regarding documents he has for myself and my husband, and named our first and last names. He asked if I was me, and I just said "Yes". He then rattles off the last four of my Social Security Number and asks me to verify that information. I told him I wouldn't verify that sensitive of information until I knew what this was about. He said that he would not tell me because I sounded "unconfident" that I was who I said I was, and asked for my husband. I stated he wouldn't get that information from my husband either because what he was asking for could potentially be used for identity theft, and he began giving me an attitude so I hung up.

If this is woodforest bank, they're about to get a SERIOUS phone call.

They just called me work#.  I advised them not to call my Place of Employment again. She proceeded to tell me she would.  Let me advise ya'll if you verbally inform anyone they are not to call you at your work, and they continue to do so..They can be sued.  It is a violation of the FDCPA Act.

They keep calling me, but not leaving me any messages. The one time I did pick up, they basically stated that I owed them over $800. I'm sorry but i'm pretty sure I've never even had an account with Woodforest bank and if they continue to harass me the way they were about me owing them money, they're getting their call traced. Then, I will personally sue them just for harassment alone. It's ridiculous the way they were talking to me!

Called my home but no one was there when I answered.  After a few seconds, they just hung up.  WTF?  I have never had an account with Woodforest Bank as I've read on here.  And I'm not behind on any bills so WTF?  
Even if I was, what are they gaining by not talking?  I don't understand.

I just received a call from these people and they were the most rude people ive ever had call me before. Even the manager got an attitude with me.

I had someone call from this number, fiancee answered (this is my cell) and they hung up. I called back and it said "please wait your call is being rerooted" not rerouted like they should have said. Then it just hung up. I freaked i thought it was one of those numbers that you get a call from and then if you call them back it charges your bill like a thousand dollars or something.

THEY NEED TO STOP!

Keep calling me too with no message ! I don't answer numbers on my cell that I don't know  ! So no message screw ya ! I will hit ignore all day long !

They are bill collectors. dONT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORAMTION ALOT OF BILL COLLECTORS HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. When they call you and wil convience you because you have the same name as person they are calling for that the bills i your and will try to force you into paying. YOU WILL BE A FOOL IF YOU FALL FOR IT

I received 2 checks from Woodforest at the end of the year last year for overdraft charges. Then when I tried to open an account at another bank, they said I had an outstanding balance at Woodforest which I do not. Just received a call on my cell phone from this number but they did not leave a message.

I once had an account with Woodforest which I over-drafted, then paid them back every cent.  Ever since then I get several calls a week from them saying I owe them, and I most certainly do not.
Their corporate offices are in Houston (The Woodlands, more precisely) if anyone wants to fire-bomb them.

repeatedly call me looking for someone who had my number previously. It's ridiculous. I have told these idots to put me on their do not call list, and I don't know what else to do!

Called, left message searching for two parties of names I did not recognize. Told me to call back and refer to some case number that was given. Don't really know what to take from that. Didn't try calling back.
