Got a call from Reggie at 281-616-9198 sayin he was doing a project for Heritage Realty in Cordova and needed a licensed contractor for a job.

Scam telemarketer call, now working for Remax realty on a project. Reggie, do you really think people are that stupid.

Don't do it!!! This company is as shady as is sounds....offer a real project but its the way they offer it that is absolutely ridiculous!!! They are full of lies that they pretty much make up as they go.

Mine was from Doris doing a project fo a Real Estate Company selling advertising. I hate tricky marketing like this.

I was very worried this was a scam when I did it.  Got a call from Glinda and reserved the spot anyway.  Had a wonderful experience witht the art department.  Taylor was very professional.  About 45 days later I got my copies.  They were amazingly beautiful.  Not what I expected.  I called the office and found out they already received theirs and are already using them.  I plan on visiting the office soon.  I hope this will become a strong business relationship.  Thank you Rightway..

I thought this was stupid too, but somehow I bought an advertisement on the folder.  Since, I have already met the Broker and have introduced myself to the agents at a morning meeting.  I am very excited about the opportunity.  This would have never happen without the opportunity to be on their folders.

I am an interior designer and I have worked with this company as well as several of the real estate offices in my area. I was a little scared at first because I  did not know what to expect, but they do make a good point the first point of contact is an agent. Everyone has there own way of advertising and you have to choose what is best for your company. I do understand how you feel they are tricky, by saying they need a electrical contractor, interior designer, appliacne comp. etc. If you really think about it they do. They need one for the clients of the real estate office. I am confused on how you all feel it is a scam? A scam is when you purchase something from the company and you do not recieve what you have purchased. Also just to educate you business owns they are sales represenitive not tellemarketers there is a difference.

Have you worked with this company? How are they shady? I have worked with them and I must say that I do disagree with your opinion. It is your choice on how you would like to advertise your company, but you should do better research.

I don't like deception, regardless of what anyone is selling.  Starting with a lie, seriously? Said they needed service for a glass window door problem in my town, which they mispronounced!  http://www.UnscratchTheSurface.com(Glass restoration service company)  They obviously found my website and pretended they needed what I do. Not calling them back.  You can just sense these kind of scammers somehow.  Oh well..

A Michael called and left message with answering service saying he needed prices from us to do work for his company, Century-21 Hagerty. I called back and could tell it was some sort of "phone mill" in that no company name was given by the answerer and she would not tell be the name of their business. I figure some sort of telemarkting bait and switch thing.

Said they were a company contracted by a real estate company to build a folder for new homeowners.  I asked if he was trying to sell me advertising and he said no.  So I said then what are you trying to selling me?  An ad in the folder.  Isn't that trying to sell me advertising?  No thanks and goodbye.

Got a call from Mary. Said she wirked directly with Century 21 Award and Hazard. they were looking for a roofer for their clients. would not leak any other information other than phone & name.  YOU LOSE MARY!!
