Scam, how to stop?

1/31/13. Unknown number called, I answered. No one there. I put my phone on mute to listen. They made a weird noise then hung up. Idiots.

Received call, did not answer

Keep getting repeated calls from this #.

What can't these politicains whom we elect control or regulate the harrassment calls we all receive on our cell phones?  They're as useless as the callers themselves...cannot trust the Government to do anything...correct?

Same thing.  Called but no message.  This is  becoming more frequent since alot of homes in the US are getting rid of the "home" phone so these scammers worked out a way to get our cell phone numbers.  I am also registered on the "Do Not Call" list, what a joke that is.....

Received a call, but did not answer.

Received the call on my cell but ignored it.  I wish the mother of the person who called dies a painful death.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone (which is listed on the do not call directory)  As soon as I picked up, a robot identified itself as Cardholder Services.  I hung up.  Because it is my cell phone, it costs me money.

They called me and I called them back. It is WN Positions trying to place you in a job. Might be a scam? However you can get your phone number removed after listening. Hope this helps.

Called me on 2-15-13 @ 3:13PM. did not answer once I saw all of these calls. annoying.

This fraudulence outlaw people with name of Credit Card Service they call me with different numbers every day. I tolled them to stop calling me but they don't care about the Federal Law and FCC.
I have reported this criminal to FCC for 56 time so far.
FCC is not functioning and even don't answer the people's inquiry. The people should seriously demand this office to go their duties.
