These scammers call my  number frequently to say that they have a legal case against  me for fraud and that my Social Security is being investigated. They use names like Ray or Shay Carter (hard to understand their broken english) They refuse to give their adress and they are from the same area of nationality as the Scammer loan companies you will find online.  I'm tired of these people being allowed to continue their illegal activities in this country!

I just had the same thing happen.  When I asked them to send me information they said I would be receiving it shortly and hung up.  Do you know anything more about this?

got the same call. he said my soc sec was being investigated and that they will be at my door step. but if i wanted to settle out of court i should call their legal dept.

I had a voicemail from (couldnt understand the name) demanding that I immediately return the call as legal action was pending against my social number. First off, you have the right to demand someone that speaks English and/or Spanish if that is your language (violation #1). Second, he refused to identify what the investigation was about, and to give me his name, name of company, and the address of the company (violation # 2). Then I explained I was a Texas Paralegal and that the whole courthouse knew who I was and where I worked (right across the street) and if there was any type of litigation against me that he could just have it delivered. He then began to tell me that I was in jeapordy of jail time and I said "HAVE A NICE DAY" idiot and blocked that number. This IS a SCAM!!! Do not pay these idiots even if they do know the last four of your social whatever you do dont verify any information

I have received the exact same thing or message word for word.  I have told them that threats of arrest and calling my work after being informed not to are illegal by state and federal law.  They have told my employer who they are and why they are calling, after being warned.  I would like to file charges.  How do I go about that since they refuse to give me and address?  They refuse to provide the information of the company until I pay them a deposit.  When I also informed them that thier client (Cash Net) had called me and offered to give me $5,000 in a loan.  The person told me that those people and that company was a fraud, and not to give them any money.  They will be returning my call tomorrow.

I hung up on the guy after he asked if I had an attorney and he had the nerve to call me back and say the IRS would be at my door in 45 minutes and I said, don't call me back again or I will be at your house in 45 minutes and I hung up.  I don't understand how they get away with this non sense.  

Harassing calls wanting my lawyer's information because an affidavit has supposedly been filed against me by a company claiming to have loaned me money when they didn't.   The accents are the same as a scammer who kept calling telling me their company would loan me 10 grand if I bought $200 worth of loan insurance.   I finally told that guy to leave me alone because that was just a scam,  now these jokers are calling!   RIDICULOUS!!

I did take a loan out but this guy never could give me exact information. He wants me to buy a green dot 14 digit card to pay them with so that none of my personal information is at jeopardy. I am waiting to hear back from the company my loan was actually through before I make any payments. It is almost harassing how they talk to you and they wont stop calling!

This guy called and once I realized who it was; they've called before; I started make moaning sounds.  When he asked what was the noise, I told him both his mother and sister were pleasuring me...while eating pork.  He dropped an f-bomb and then hung up.

Beautiful, will have to remember this one.
