    It is a scam..........man named Steven Smith and/or Steven Jones is calling to serve papers at your home or place of employment due to pending charges that are going to be filed against you.When you call the number he leaves 855.227.0263 they are basically some sort of debt collectors & will ask for a large amount but DO NOT give them any information. He has called my place of employment & my cell, just so i can give him an address to serve me at.......what an IDIOT!! If he has the means to find my phone numbers, then he has the means to locate my address if need be!

    Same as posted above. Always calls three times in a row and then leaves the message about being serving papers. Always in the call in your name followed by "YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED".
