harassing calls i then informed caller he had the wrong number he continues to curse and then hungs up

I just got a series of calls from a man from this number.  He asked for a "Pamela" and berated me when I informed him I didn't know a Pamela.

Either a prankster who isn't very good at prank calls, or a truly moronic man who doesn't listen to reason.

This is  a debt collector agency.  Very rude and keeps calling back multiple times.

This number keeps calling my work and cell number incessantly and continues to call my place of employment after numerous requests not to contact me on that number. My company does not allow personal calls at work and they refuse to stop calling my work number!! They are calling at LEAST 20-30 times per day and sometimes back to back 5,6,7,8 times in a row!!

crystal clark saying a claim has been brought against me, and that I need to call 855-317-2098 and reference my claim #.  That I have only one chance to take care of this.  She ended with a "Mam, you have OFFICIALLY been notified."  You gotta' love these kind of people.  Do they think we're really going to fall for their so-called threatening calls?!  Give me a break!

First of all, most of the Internet payday loan lenders are illegal.   Doesn't mean they can't operate because many are operating and loaning money and reaping the rewards from customers that did not read the fine print.   The first thing that anybody should do when deciding on a Internet payday loan company is to see if they are legitimate.  Verify that the company you are about to take a payday loan from is Authorized to do business in your state.   Very few states have payday loan laws where the loan company is licensed in the state where they reside, then there license transfers over and allows them to do business in your state.  Again very few states have this law/rule.   Most states like mine require that any Internet payday loan company must first register and become license to operate such a business.  The fees/interest charged on those loans also very from state to state.
