I got this today ..... Got me all worked up until I realized it was a scam.... Jerks,....

They called me saying I owe cashnet online loan company $2000+ back which I did not received. They were saying how the company called them to press charges which is bull because I told them furiously I did not get anything in my account & have statements to prove it! It just pissed me off & made my day!

This is a scam company that tries to scare you into sending them money with the threat that you are under investigation and you owe money to someone. They will tell you that the next day you are going to be served blah blah blah. HANG UP! Do not even entertain these scam artists. Report them! My husband is an attorney. DO NOT GIVE THESE JERKS ANY INFORMATION!!

Me: "Yea just wondering what your guys address was"

Middle Eastern jerks. I think I'll call them over and over and harass them like they were harassing me.

This is a lot of bs they try to threaten you into sending them money. Anyone with any sense knows that business is not handled like this. Don't even waste your time talking to these predators.

Hey I have been receiving these too, and was just told I owed for a loan I never received.  Is this really a scam because I never received the money and they cant tell me where they deposited the money...smdh!!!!

I received multiple calls from this number threatening to have me arrested for a loan I received and did not pay back. I never received any money and they can not even tell me the account number where they supposedly put the money.  They said I need a lawyer or they will issue a warrant I told them go ahead I have all of my bank records and there has been no money deposited.  I am really upset, but after reading this on this page I see its a scam.  Beware of searching the Internet looking for Pay Day Loans and definitely do not put your banking information on the Internet.  It is hackable and can coat you a bunch of money in the end.  I had to close my bank account because of fraudulent submitted checks from a loan company I knew nothing of.  All I can say is BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was contacted by Neill Johnson of Houston Law Firm.
He stated that he was the secretary of for this Law Firm. He stated that this law firm is located in Houston, Texas.
They are claiming that I took out a Pay Day Loan from Cash Advance America in the amount of $500.00 in October, 2012.......
David Mendez is the attorney handling this case.

Got a call from this number and the man name was Peter Black stating he is calling from Houston Law Firm and need to talk with me about important matter and it time sensitive.  I need to call him back asap.  Just last week I got a call from another number stating I took out a loan which I knew I did not etc.  So this time I did not even answer the call.  These people really needs to be dealt with.  Its funny all of them have an accent.

We received a voicemail message to contact this number 281-306-0241.
A David Mendez..... Really?  with a Indian/ Pakistani accent.
They told us that our Social Security number was being investigated as we owe a loan company money.
We haven't got any loans. They told us they were a Houston Law Firm/ Collection agency and when we told them that they were full of....you know what.... they said "we will see you in Court"
This scam must be publicized and stopped as there will be many who they will scare with their.... "this is true.... where do you think we got your info from" rubbish.
