    This caller continually harasses me and I have asked several times to be taken off their lists. When I told them that I did not appreciate their call they told me that they have my address and everything. They are most definitely scammers. Block them as soon as they call.

    I usually don't answer unknown numbers but picked up anyway. Lady said she was calling to assist with tax and student loan debt. I told her Thanks but no Thanks and hung up.  If I don't call you then don't call me.
