Phoned me I didn't answer, it left no message.

Called left no message, caller id showed no nam

Called me at 3:10 pm on Monday, July 12, 2010.  I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.  Who is this company??

pretty much the same, called my cell, I didn't answer, no message.

its pepboys automotive. customer service. Did u have work done there recently? if so, its a follow up call. nothing sinister

I answered the call from 287-526-6432, but there was no response on the other end.  I had an oil change done at Pep Boys last week, so the previous comment from "toolfan" could be correct.

Got an unsolicited call from 287-526-6432. Try to call them back, but when you do, it turns out to be a non-existant number! Strange, huh? I thought it was a weird number, so I let it go to voice mail. They hung up, OF COURSE. When I "Googled" them, I found out that this number belongs to Pep Boys. Now, why would they be making unsolicited telemarketing calls to us????? Like all telemarketers I have encountered, they appear to have a morbid fear of voice mail and answering machines. When they reach those, they "dummy up", ha ha.

Yep, it's Pep Boys!

I sent an email to the rebate program of Pep Boys, this was their return call of which I did not recognize nor answer.  While looking the number up on this site the voice mail that accompanied the call came thru with all the information I had requested.  I also after reading the comments listed here called the number back and it had a recording of a non working number.  Sounds shady, but apparently I was expecting this call via an email!
