Yes it's a scam I got a letter saying I won the Mega Lottery to call Michael Quest I investigated with the bank and they said it's a scam so don't fall for this..

Received the same letter w/ a 43,980.00 certified check - Ordered to deposit at bank ASAP - Go to Western Union to pay 2,995.00 for taxes on the winnings = $250K, then they will issue a check for the remaining winning's balance $246,020.00. For winning Mega Lottery for making purchases at Walmart and Home Depot (?)

Asked to call (647) 834-2190 and speak with Michal Quest - He insited I follow orders, and became angry when I ask to explain. Called my bank - THIS IS AN SCAM!!!!!  PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY DEPOSITS OR PAY ANY MONEY AT WESTERN UNION.
