TRied to get credit card information

The phone rang about ten times before it stopped. Yet another one of these nuisances.

Received call and let it go to voicemail with no message being left !

As soon as you pick up the phone, it's a pre-recorded message from a woman with a British Accent, saying  " Due to recent legislation changes, you may be eligible for a 0% credit card rate-   Push 1 to accept . "  
Phishing for credit card info???

As above: As soon as you pick up the phone, it's a pre-recorded message from a woman with a British Accent, saying  " Due to recent legislation changes, you may be eligible for a 0% credit card rate-   Push 1 to accept . "  
So I pressed one and another British-accented woman said "such and such services, thank you for pressing one for lower interest rates". I asked, "Sorry, which company did you say you're from?" in a pleasant tone, and she hung up on me. Definitely a scammer. A real business person wouldn't hang up.

When I called back, I got a message telling me that this JET customer is not available. When it went to voice mail, it said that the voice mail box could not take my message. Soooooooooooo, I looked up JET telecom. Interestingly enough, it is a British company that deal in the telemarketing business.

info@jet-telecom.co.uk. is their email address listed which I will not attempt to use to communicate with them to let them know that this business that they are helping are scammers.
