Claims conducting research for BB&T

We receive a call from Maritz Research, 301-223-0057 several times a day.  I quit answering because it's a recorded message. How can we stop these annoying calls.  They call early and late, as well.

Seemed fishy, claims calling from Bank of America, asked for someone in my household by name.
When I said that person wasn't home she asked if she reached the correct residence. When I said, "yes" she said OK thanks and hung up.

We were receiving calls for our President several times a week.  They would not leave message and would not said their names.  I called bac and got a 800 number to register so they would not call back and take our number off their list. Her isthe number 1-800-864-8601.

We have been gettting a call forom this company several times a week for the last month or so.

I contacted the company, and an automated message gave an 800 number. I proceeded to contact this, and placed our company on their do not call list.

For several days these past few weeks I have been receiving phone calls from this 301-223-0057 phone number indicating it is from a company by the name of Maritz Research.  Once I connect the call there is no one there.  I am tired of these kinds of phone calls.  My husband works odd shifts and it is annoying when he is trying to sleep to hear the phone just ring and ring.  I wish there was a way to stop them all together.

I've received 3 calls from this number on my cell phone in the last few days, none of them left a voice mail. All the calls were around the same time, 8:30pm. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know especially out of state numbers. I don't recommend anyone else answer it either, it's obviously a scam.

Just started after I complained loud and long to Bank of America about "sharing" my info with their "partners"
I heard this was a phishing scam.
Contacting my Atty. Gen.

Caller keeps calling our number and never leaves a message.

Received a call from this number at 5:37 p.m. Hawaii time on Sept. 2. Caller ID said "MEDS RESEARCH" ... picked up and there was call center noise in the background and then -click-

Robo-call. After answer, a few clicks, then a disconnect.

Called at 8:28 PM September 3rd

Shows up on caller ID as "MEDS RESEARCH".  Third call at 7:05PM in 3 days, same time.  I don't answer these kind of calls as they are usually trying to reach my ex who has never lived at this address or phone number. No message the first 2 times, today the message started in the middle of the message, no name, just made to sound like it cut off the beggining of the messge and leaves a number to call back at.  Tomorrow I literally blow the whistle into the phone when I answer, great way to get them to drop your call, deafen them with a very loud referee whistle!

Also kept getting calls from Maritz Research several times a week - never answered phone (thank goodness for caller ID) very annoying.  Have now gotten  calls from the same number but the caller id was "msc-vip6.nj.ipx".  Not sure what address this is, but the phone number is the same.

gote this call also. calle operator and have  number blocked that is what I did.

This is a debt collector--pretending to be something else !! Tricky little rascals ! Absolutely a debt collector, possibley Calvary, asset acceptance or Nco but it is a debt collector.

I started receiving calls from this number today. I didn't pick up. No voicemail was left.

I just received a call from this number from somebody claiming to be from Tmobile conducting a survey on why I discontinued my service, which I hadn't. She quickly told me she was sorry for the mixup, gave me this number 800-937-8987 if I had questions, and hung up. She knew my name.
